@usmcmp thanks tbh I was a bit confused but it makes sense what I want now it's recomp last thing sorry. If you do put on muscle when you recomp won't you also put on weight?

This is what I've achieved so far but since I put on muscle I seem to be putting on a bit of excess fat that's why I decided to cut.

@usmcmp at the moment I've just got off intermittent fasting I'm trying to cut but overall goal is to put on muscle without getting too fat. If that makes sense I'm just trying to find out what's best for me.
