Breakfast: one apple and a coffee Lunch: boiled potato, roasted lemon broccoli and stir fried thyme mushrooms. Dinner: made baba ganoush, a roasted red pepper and caramelised onion dish, cucumber salad, all served with thinly sliced baguette, olives, feta and persimmon. Dessert: some custard and papaya.

Make your own fruit juices with a blender. They are filling and take time to drink. Add citrus for that Sprite /soda flavour. Try watermelon with lemon.

Had leftover mixed beans so made a quick stew: onion, garlic, brocolli, a little bit of potato, beans, chicken stock. Also added some coconut milk towards the end, and some pepper and paprika. Easy and good!

Mixed nuts. Dried or fresh fruit. Small yogurt pots. Fruit with cheese, ; I like a fig with some goats cheese and a drop of honey. Rice cakes with bananas on top (to satisfy the need for crunchy crackers and biscuits).

Some cereal with fruit sliced in, or some salty and sweet oatmeal!
