Hey. I have a treat day once a week, I've lost 3 and a half stone since the middle of March. I effectively lose 2 lbs a week by healthy eating and walking at least 5 miles a day. I found buying a fit bit helped me, and knowing that if I'm good all week then I can eat that chocolate, go to Pizza Hut or McDonald's. Try and…

I have a cheat day every Sunday and I actively lose 2-4 lbs a week. I find it helps me stay on track for the whole week knowing I can have a treat at the end of the week :) I've lost 47lbs since March

Im 5'8/9 ish and I'm 12 stone 8 and I'm a size 12, sometimes a 14. I want to get to 10 stone 7, and I'll be around an 8-10 at that weight :) hope this helps.

I decided I needed to get fit and lose weight when I got up to 15 stone 4. I'm 37lbs down, I have around another 30lbs to lose and I'd like to do it by November. What motivates me to lose weight and be healthy is how much energy I have now, it's made me become a much more positive person, and I'm a lot more happier

12lbs and I'll be the higher end of my 'ideal weight' 12 stone or 168 lbs. I ideally want to be 150 lbs but I'm aiming on doing this by September, so I'm trying to take it steady. Thanks for all of your replies

No it's not what I wanted, I should probably see a doctor but just wanted to see if anyone else has been through this before and what helped.. I don't have an appetite anymore really but I've been under a lot of stress too so that probably has something to do with it :/

Yeah I eat around 600-900 calories daily then once a week eat 3,000 calories cos I like to go out for food and have some chocolate, so my average probably isn't too low tbh

I've always had problems with eating food either eating too little or too much and that's basically how I got overweight I had an eating disorder and got down to 7 stone then went the over way and ended up 15 stone, I literally cannot help it

Yeah I weigh all food, tbh I only eat food that shows exactly how many calories are in them:/ I am eating that many and that's how I've managed to lose 2 and a half stone in 2 months

Been 5 weeks on my diet but had a few treats.. yeah definitely got addicted at one point. Worst thing is when I actually eat it I don't even feel satisfied, I don't enjoy it as much as I did

Some days I want to eat McDonald's, pizza, chocolate, crisps, sweets and binge eat. That's what I class as bad food lol. I can't just have a small piece of chocolate, once I start I can't stop so it's either don't eat any at all or have a binge day, I've always had a bad relationship with food and saw a psychiatrist but…
