Losing the last 20 lbs
I've lost 47lbs, I feel great. I only have around a stone and a half left to lose, I'm worried I'm going to plateau soon. I have been losing 2 lbs per week but I can see it getting slowe and slower. Activity level
6 days a week I'll do 10,000-14,000 steps a day. On Sundays I do around 6,000 steps a day. My activity per day ranges from 80-140 minutes a day. Some days I walk up to 7 miles a day, so would you say I'm an 'active' person?

Eating under 1000 calories
In the past 9 weeks I've lost 33lbs. I have ate under 1000 calories for the last month or so, I just find it really hard to eat more. I average burn about 2,300-2,800 calories according to fit bit. However on a Sunday's I will eat around 3,000 calories. Does this make up for only eating between 600-900 calories a day? I…

How do I get out of this? Craving bad food so bad, but I've done so well so far I don't want to go back to my old eating ways!

Comfort eating
I'm terrible for comfort eating. As soon as something goes wrong, I have a bad day, I just want to reach for the chocolate. Anyone got any tips on how to help? I'm doing so well but I just feel like giving up!
