Yeah I've been trying to get rid of my baby weight (especially my stomach area) as i had a c section but been on and off trying for around 3 years. The last year I've been more determined and using weights has helped me :)

When guys don't put the weights back or you get them guys that ask how many sets got left when you've only just started then decide to hover making it awkward .. ermm go do something else and come back!

I've had a c section. Nearly 4 years ago and I couldn't go back to the gym straight away due to my scar having problems. So I did home workouts and literally just done leg ups, side bends with around an 8kg weight, squats with weight. These helped get my baby belly down and now i go the gym and do weights I'm still getting…

I spend around 1-2 hours in the gym around 5 days a week but that's doing weights :)

Everyone has their good and bad days or weeks but if you've got the right mind set you'll be fine :) I find taking before and after pictures really help seeing your body change that makes me motivated to see even more results..

It's been around 2 Years I've been trying to get my belly down after my c- section. My daughters 4 this year! This last year I've been more focused and determined to shift this weight not easy but it can be done :) it's slowly going feel free to add me ladies ..

I'm a mom of a 3year old. Had a c section and ive been trying to get rid of my baby weight off my belly for around 2 Years been on and off with eating but the last year been focused on loosing the weight add me :)

I use it for brushing my teeth, a body lotion and it's nice to cook in your chicken :)

I don't think you should focus on the scales.. try taking a before and after picture i think that works best I hardly weigh myself i can see my body's changing it just takes time :) .. maybe try changing what you eat and have healthy carbs like brown rice, sweet potatoe etc.. Do you go to the gym?

I like to do leg ups and side bends with an 8kg Kettlebell. These really helped me months after my c section.
