Squats and deadlifts. My workouts are long enough without adding extra core stuff.3

It's not a app you have to go to the website and sign up there is the free workouts which I use. I did 10 min abs just today.. They also have some of there ab videos on YouTube1 -
I do mostly stabilizer exercises and choose compound lifts when possible.0

I like to do leg ups and side bends with an 8kg Kettlebell. These really helped me months after my c section.0

To train the muscles, squats and deads.
To see the abs, calorie deficit.1 -
Lately I do five minutes planking of 30 seconds on/15 off, then a variety of floor exercises (bicycles, reverse crunches, whatever I feel like) interspersed with two devices my gym has. The Ab Solo Machine which is super fun and a Bosu Vertical thingamajig. Usually no more than 20 minutes total, I do arms the same day as a rule.0

Alot of crunches, like 4 sets of 40-50 reps. Plus standing ab crunch and the ab machine.0

Planks for life. If you've got room to lay down, you've got room for planks.1

If you want your abs to show, you have to reduce body fat.1 -
Lever progressions(front, back, side), L-sits, hollow body, and exercises that incorporate anti-rotation, anti-flexion and the general need for core stability1

I use the ab machine and do 100 crunches on it and do dumbell side bends for the love handles. I love when my abs are sore!!0

If youre not doing hanging leg raises i highly recommend adding them.1

If you want to have visible abs you need to reduce your bodyfat percentage by creating a calorie deficit.
To develop your abs, a combination of compound movements and direct abdominal work may be of benefit.1 -
