Get right back on the horse. Remember the *kitten* reaction of your body, and eat something healthy. It's way too easy to go bananas if you indulge with one thing. 3 cookies don't make much of a difference.

As far as I have read on dietdoctor.com the body starts producing a different kind of ketone that the sticks just don't pick up. Same reason you stop smelling like *kitten*.

Haven't tried BCCA, but fasting should improve your ketone levels, not kick you out. Sure your not so far into ketoses that it does not show up on keto sticks anymore?

Bah, 3 days of going of script resulted in 3kg up, has to be water, but still sucks. Starting work again on Monday, gonna be problematic without my magic omlet lunch.

Weight has started to drop again, but been drinking wine every day and had some pie and cake at a lunch today, and then sushi after. Feeling ok tho, hoping it won't make too much of a dent. Still, the goal this summer is to not gain, and stay under 80kg I guess.

Been lax with tracking, and had a lot of cheat occasions last week's. Result, weight has been the same for about a month. Libra now tells me I'll loose the last 2.5kg by January 2020. Not gaining anything tho, so that's good i guess. Today's goal, track it all, and no snacking.

It's an app that gives you trend weight and prognosis for goals. Takes away the noise in weighing every day.

Should probably test it out too. 1. A lot of apps overestimate the effect of training 2. You underestimate how much you eat 3. It depends, the effect of a workout is complex If you eat when hungry till your full, you should be in balance. I wound not eat just to get the calories up unless you have problems gaining weight.

Having a bit of a plateau going on here. Weight is keeping steady around the same weight, and every day the libre app is postponing my goal each day. Wedding this weekend so guessing that won't help. Gonna try to start the day the right way at least.

I weigh every day. Use libra and withings to get the trend. Sometimes the weight fluctuate 5lbs from day to day, but the trend is down. Once a week would make me crazy. What if it's just a fluke and I have gained, or what if you dont see any change?

To much calories is too much. It's gonna mess with your insulin. Try cutting all that fruit and see if you stay full for longer. 85g of sugar is a bunch. Just skipping breakfast could also work. I usually bloat up and gain 5lbs. Usually takes me a week to get back on track a day feeling well. But that's a major cheat day. With a cheatmeal I usually bounce back quickly.

So, my steady decline is back, down another pound today. Got kinda depressed when I realized I'm back to the same weight as last Friday. Hoping a good weekend will give me some progress. Got a wedding next week, not looking forward to the following week.

@KnitOrMiss yeah, I know. But still sucks. I'm using withings weight that gives med trends, but thanks for the tip. Sucks that mfp don't give trends. Not really impressed with the progresstracking in mfp really.

So yesterdays bliss got crushed today. Gained back 4 of the 5 lbs. From thinking this is almost too easy to it's impossible. So now I just have to wait a couple of days to get the real trend.

If you are breastfeeding or pumping you should be carefull of doing a strict diet. If you are, I've heard it's a great diet in itsself.

So after gaining 4lbs over 2 days after a full day drinking I lost 5lbs today, putting me right on track. Hoping that's not a fluke, and I can continue my steady progress. Have 4 more lbs to go till my next goal, and thinking of upping the calories after that. Perhaps having breakfast again. Good start to the week!

I guess, if you'r not getting hungry in-between meals, you are good.
