it was just 1 meal a day at 5-7pm and i ate turky/tuna sandwhich or i'd eat from a Lebanon food which consisted of roasted chicken thats it no veggy no fruits no nothing and it did help alot i lost about 3grams every 2 days it felt amazing i ate after exercising

im not sure can you provide me with in app for that? any links? the chicken is even half just so i dont feel full i try to eat as little as possible back then i used to eat like 1 meal a day and i lost so much weight it was amazing but that days are gone and gained alot back

no i only care about having a tuned body and not my health so would i need cardio?

at 65kg i still had a belly but i think 60kg will completely remove it and no im not gonna turn out that skinny because im really large frame and im doing this to feel comfortable again and plus 60kg is considered healthy weight and any less then that is underweight

it makes me feel very comfortable that is why i want to be at that weight again i even had a belly at 65kg and i think 60kg will almost completely get rid of it
