Hello, let me tell you about my self, im 177cm (5'9) 20 year old male, i've been exercising again, i used to be 100kg and i cut down to 65kg but i've been gaining alot of weight this past year, and now im at 75kg and it really made me sad that i did this to myself because my goal is to reach 60kg and i only had 5kg left and right now i have 15kg to loss.
my exercise consist of 45 minutes on the treadmill, 30 minutes walking (6km) and 15 minutes jogging (9km), i do this twice a day, in the afternoon and night
i loss 800 calories, and i go by 1050 distance, a total of 90 minutes of exercise with my treadmill.
i drink lots of water more than 6 glass a day and i only eat 2-4 tuna sandwich with wheat bread and i sometime i eat a couple of fruits
i know im healthy weight but i just simply wanna loss more weight so i can feel good about my self again i will not reach less then 60kg, and i know that i should focus more on bodybuilding but i tried that for 3 months and i didnt feel at all comfortable doing it while not being at 60kg, so i really have to reach that weight.
so what do you think? is what im doing good? please let me know this you.
plus, can you tell me how long it takes me to reach 60kg with my exercise and strict diet?

Why do you want to be 60 kg? Isn't that 130 pounds? Are you trying to look like Christian Bale in The Machinist?3

That will not be a good look.

at 65kg i still had a belly but i think 60kg will completely remove it and no im not gonna turn out that skinny because im really large frame and im doing this to feel comfortable again and plus 60kg is considered healthy weight and any less then that is underweight0 -

You'll have a belly because you are under eating and doing no resistance training. It isn't the weight goal that won't be a good look, it is the lack of muscle as your body will be using it as energy.3 -

This. Have you ever seen pictures of starving children? They sometimes have pot bellies. It isn't because they're eating too much or because they weigh too much. I'm not saying that's where you are yet, but trying to lose every ounce possible because you don't like your midsection is:
1. Really unhealthy
2. Not actually going to give you the toned midsection you want.
Having a nice stomach depends on having defined ab muscles - low fat is only part of the equation. When you starve yourself, you lose fat as well as muscle. When the muscles around your midsection are weak, your stomach is going to stick out. If you continue to starve yourself instead of working on ab muscles and eating healthy food with sufficient nutrition, your stomach is going to continue to look flabby while the rest of you looks boney, your health will deteriorate, your hair will fall out, and you'll damage your internal organs. (And in case you missed it: you'll still have a belly.)
I'm not trying to be mean, I just think you should be informed about the consequences of striving to be below a healthy weight.

I very seriously think you would benefit by speaking to a professional counselor. What you're attempting to achieve and how you're attempting to achieve it sounds obsessive and unhealthy, TBH.1

I assumed he was saying his walking speed was 6 km per hour and his running speed was 9 km per hour.0
