My petty reason is that I like being noticed again. For some reason when you're a big girl you become invisible when amongst a group of men. Don't get me wrong your size shouldn't matter but it does. People definitely look at you differently and your opinion on stuff becomes irrelevant

You can use turkey mince and also grate carrots and add them to the turkey mince when you're cooking it. I also like to add a layer of dry fried mushrooms. Also just go a bit lighter with the cheese

No you do not. By eating less calories you lose more weight. If you recalculate your weight, activity and put down that you want maintenance you will get more calories. Maybe a few hundred more. You may need to play around with this till you get the right balance for you tho
