From December 2017 ( at 160 pounds) to March 2019 (at 139 pounds) and with about only 10 more pounds to go, I swear it’s been the hardest yet. I’m 5’2 and shooting for about 130 pounds and the last ten are so hard. I need advice desperately.

I am in the same exact boat.
Right now I am trying a low fat, low carb diet with high protein intake.
    Not shakes and food supplements
Just a lot of chicken, eggs and certain beans
Also, a cheat meal is important once a week. If the metabolism adjusts to a lower calorie diet, it is hard to lose weight by burning calories because your natural burned value is decreased. Cheat days can help prevent that from occurring.

Don't forget your end goal is in view. Just have patience, trust in your journey and enjoy each new day.
I have lost 83lbs and have 12 more to go but I know I will get there. Just stay true to your tracking and keep measuring everything. I find it helps to have a treat every day because I no longer feel deprived. I make sure the food that I eat is food that I enjoy because at the end I will have to be able to maintain my weight which will mean continuing to track and measure anyway just with a few more calories.
Going to send a friend request if you are interested

Im 159 now, started at 186 in October 2017. I lost 30 pounds in 7 months, gained back some, lost again, and again gained 10 over Christmas.....sight
Now I'm back again at 159. Shooting for 145.
It's hard as hell.,im 5'5" and in order for me to lose 1 pound, I only get 1450 calories a day...I have to work out to earn some excersise calories. I love food, 🍷, 🍞, 🧀, crackers for snacks. Good luck with that on my tiny calorie allowance. It will take me forever to get rid of these last 15 pounds.

Patience, accurate logging, lowering your deficit. Water weight can sometimes mask progress as you get closer to goal so keep that in mind and try not to get discouraged.

    Water weight!!
My husband stalled for 3 weeks. He had over 100 pounds to lose. 3 days ago he checked his sodium intake and realized he had been averaging 4000 mg a day...no wonder the scale is stalling.
So for the last few days, he has kept it around 2300mg, and lost 3 pounds right away.

Massive kudos on getting this far. A massive achievement.

I am 10lbs away too. For me I have found changing my exercise from mostly resistant cardio (e.g. HITT and Spinning) to mostly heavy lifting (e.g. Body Weight Squats and Deadlift) has really helped. I have even had to up my calories :D!! I think growing more muscles has given my metabolism a little kick.
