Soo the long weekend killed me and I gained a little back. It was really disappointing.

I do the same. I have my overall goal but set mini ones. Even if I dont lose as much as I would like, as long as I didnt gain I do not beat myself up!

Awesome! Exercise is important but food is everything. I have lost 27.5lbs by simply changing the way I eat, not even exercise!

My goal is to lose 90lbs. I have lost 26 so far! It is important to not get discouraged but to just move forward if you experience a "set back" and that is what keeps me going!
