Check out the local shops and see what they recommend. Also, I'm a fan of clipless pedals and shoes. Just set them loose or get the easy out cleat when you are learning. Also get your feet unclipped before you stop. I personally haven't had a crash do to not being able to get out of mine yet.

I use to use my HS gym alot, alot of fit people but no one ever said anything to make me feel bad. I now only work out at home and personally enjoy it more, esp since at this stage I don't need most of the gear a gym offers and I like the easy to follow laid out routine in p90x.

My mom had sleep apnea when she was obese. After losing probably 130 lbs she doesn't anymore and doesn't snor either.

Being honest, this post just comes off as more PC BS. I'm sure no one here thinks they are literally just fat and nothing else. I'm betting most of us have jobs, hobbies etc.... I'm an archer, I'm a guitarist, I'm a mountain biker, I'm a brother, cousin etc.... I'm also fat, over weight, obese. Saying I'm not fat is lying…

P90X monday-sat and mountain biking on weekends. Obviously mountain biking is my favorite cardio. Itching for next weekend to come already.
-
Good list my friend, never heard of crowbar or amorphis so I'll give them a listen.
-
Waste of money imo, didn't help me at all, actually added pain to my lower back. Rather get a message, at least you will enjoy It

If I have anything it's just coffee as I work out soon after I wake up and can't eat until around noon. If I'm going mountain biking I'll grab something to eat first and bring a snack for the trail.

Architects, periphery, tesseract, born of Osiris, dance Gavin dance, veil of Maya. Seems to be the top played bandsfor my workouts and I just put them on shuffle and go.
-
P90X mostly, mountain bike on weekends when it's not pouring out.
-
Too many to list. But mostly because last time I took out my mountain bike I was spent fast, on a trail I considered extremely easy 2 years ago ( missed a whole year of riding to health issues).

Would be awesome to get a ride in on lunch, if I thought I would come back with my bike I probably would try lol. So doable, would really make the day better as well getting the stress out.

Always wondered how people have so much time to workout on lunch. I see guys at work saying they did 5 miles and still have time for a shower. Even pushing to an HR lunch that seems impressive. I use to walk on lunch before I went second shift and switched buildings. The area I'm in now I won't walk after dark, can barely…

Get T25 or p90x3 both around a half hr. Should be able to squeeze in a half HR somewhere.

No point in me losing weight if I will have no endurance, strength and baby muscles.

Queen of hearts. Chocolate with raseberry filled pieces of chocolate in it. So good

Most people like instant gratification. Want it now and hate having to wait for it. Normal and hard to over come. Just try to be happy, even if the scale isn't going down bust out the tape and see where the inches are coming off and that should make you feel better.

I went to 185 before I wrecked my shoulder, then my back not too long after and then my back again in a car crash which also flared up my shoulder again and added neck and lower back pain and then this year I have had some odd health issues that kept me out again. Had to take a long time off and kind of gave up, depressed…

Usually if this happens to me it's at night time. So I just turn of the TV and go to bed. If it happens on a off day I leave the house and do something active where I can't buy food lol.

26 year old guy that's trying to drop the weight I gained while being injured. Want to lose at least 50 pounds. I don't really send requests. I'll accept if I get them though but that's usually it. Good luck everyone.

Pictures are good motivators to me. Saw my picture after my sister college grad and knew it was time to get back at it. See pics from years ago and those are worse looking lol. Hopefully I will be happy with them when I reach my goal but even a minor difference makes me happy usually. Even just a muscle peaking out that…

Also I bought a leesa mattress a few months back. Amazing, knocks me right out and no more pains when I wake up.

I use to get 3 or 4 a night for years. Finally have myself getting a min of 6 and usually 7 or 8. Feels alot better. Hunger didn't change but not feeling like a zombie is nice.

I weigh only in the morning if I do. Usually right after my workout.
-
Why not. Post up stats on the 1st

Ordered some c4 to try. Sounds like good stuff
-
Coffee, Noticable difference on how I perform with and without esp on lifting days.
-
Is this just a weight loss challenge period or are we expected to do certain works on x week etc...? Interested but not interested is messing up my p90x schedule :)

After, I work out within a hr after I wake up and I just can't stomach food first thing in the morning. I start eating around noon
