Yup I'm here unfortunately.

I went through a month stall when I started going hard in my workouts. Then i dropped weight fast. Might just be the body storing water to heal you faster but I'm not a fitness guru or doctor.

Mostly want to be healthy, avoid diabetes as a few family members have it now including my father and to go harder in my hobbies ( mountain biking mostly). Will admit being able to take of the shirt and not feel embarrassed is a good motivator. Haven't been able to do that since I was 7.

I just realized that stuff happens and try to be as consistent as possible and not get mad or upset that I missed a few days do to issues I have no control over. The weight will come off even if it takes a little longer. After seeing what my grandma and friend went through with cancer it no question is a fight and I don't…

Wish you luck, my friend beat cancer a long time ago. What is helping me this time is not stressing it. Try to stay close to my calorie and macro goals and work out on schedule. If I miss a day no big deal, if I go over a day again no big deal. It's a long journey, go into with the mindset you won't be a twig in a few…

I used my Asics alot but switched to Merrill moabs in the summer and my hunting boots winter. Moabs are ok, wish they had more ankle support. Get moleskin, can be a life saver when a big blister forms and you still have a 8 mile walk back to the car.

Check your local ads. Can find some killer deals on a few year old bikes and get a better bang for your buck then going with a mid or low end bike. Even though it's kind of a crap move, you can try a few bikes at the local shops until you get the idea on the size you need then hit the used market. Though if you won't do…

Have to add, the programs work and by phase two you will be feeling great. Makes even simple day to day tasks more enjoyable.

No but I do p90x and power 90 is suppose to be like the pre requisite for that. Would just go for it, it can be tough but just do the modified moves for the the workouts you find hard and each week you will need to do less mod moves. Plus you can always hit pause and Tony says that many times, take the break if your body…

Asic and socouny for me. Last two pairs we're socouny and I decide to go asic this time to change it up and because I used them in the past and knew they would work. Pretty similar
-
Great results. Keep it up
-
Get yoga blocks as well, will help until you can ditch them.
-
I do it once a week since it's a day on p90x. Hate it alot but the body does feel good after. Pretty hard as well My aunt and cousins do hot yoga and seem to really enjoy it

Rather just eat at home. After buying a akorn kamado I find I much prefer the flavor of the food that comes off it. Plus easier to log my meal when I'm making it.

Think mine were pretty valid. Was working out and dropping alot and injured my shoulder which then turned into tendonitis. Couldn't lift anything heavy with that arms for months, jogging even hurt it. That got good enough to start again and I injured my back, more time spent icing it and resting. Back got better and I…

I like Asics and saucony. Both feel great to me

P90X has been great, works well. If your really really out of shape power90 would be a better one to start with, so I hear. Want to try body beast next or do a insanity p90x hybrid.
-
Plan on doing it after I do p90x a couple of times. Looks fun
-
Don't know a way you can approach it that wouldn't be hurtful. Guess you can try to get her more invloved in an active hobby the whole family can enjoy and it might get things going.
-
It's a start, keep improving. When I work out I do as many as I can without assistance, then crank out as many assisted. Gets easier each week
-
And like said, when I did go to the gym, all 235 pounds of me no one cared at all. They did there thing and I did mine.

5'9 185,. Don't worry about it I'm a inch shorter and when I was 185 I wouldn't say I looked obese, esp when I find pictures from then vs now lol. You will be fine, go and enjoy it. I like working out at home. Power blocks, pushup bars, pullup bar and p90x is good enough for me. Will add a bench and more weights after I…

Although dance Gavin dance is a good choice as well and goes on a good amount.

I like heavier metal for working out. Periphery, architects uk, born of Osiris, August burns red etc... Amps me up

It's just how society is it seems. Don't bring up flaws and encourage everyone they are perfect the way they are. I find it to be complete BS but in our overly PC culture this is the new Norm. Mention someone being fat and watch the backlash you will get.
-
Let's be honest, most people don't respond well to family and friends calling them fat. The mirror doesn't lie and getting winded easier during normal activities is a good sign. I do hate when people say I don't need to lose weight and I'm thin. If I'm working out I know I'm fat and clearly trying to better myself. No need…

Hard for me to pick up my compounds anymore. Usually I just tune them up a month before opener, I'm on public land so the added range is appreciated. But for targets, 3d and small game the tradbows are #1. Too much fun. Enjoy it, it's a real challenge and I'll have my tradtech titan recurve in the tree for a few hunts this…
