Want to go harder at mountain biking and it would be nice to be able to take off my shirt and not feel embarrassed for once on my life
-
Wouldn't worry. 3 days isn't enough time.
-
I enjoy it alot but haven't gone in years. My main friend I hiked with moved to Texas and my other friends are lazy as heck. If they are walking it's to get their bong and food lol.

Legs and yoga, find no joy in those at all but do them

I do p90x within a half HR of when I wake up. Usually I have a cup of coffee pre workout a few times a week.
-
Look great ,keep it up

With my scale I have to stand on it two or three times before it settles. First is about 6 pounds more and after two more it drops down to the correct weight. Should probably replace it eventually. I know it's off since I weigh myself on my works industrial scale in shipping and it's calibrated every month.

P90X phase two day one. Beat the heck out of my arms but feels so good.

From what I have read you need to be like sub 15 bf for them to start showing. Don't expect to see mine for a long time lol

Sometimes I do my ab workouts at 1am after I get out of work if I don't have time after my main workout. But I don't go to sleep until 3am anyways so I have time to settle down.

I take it, couldn't tell you if it makes a difference at all but it cheap so why not

I can't do reheated chicken or steak. Too gross Turkey burgers I'm fine with but that all.

Congrats, keep it up

Sorry you have to deal with him. My dad and I have a great relationship but we both will light each other up when we do something to piss each other off. If my dad said that to me I would tear him a new one. That being said a few hrs later we would be good again and kayaking on the weekend. Most of my friends can't talk as…

I hear you. I got to 185 and injured my shoulder and had really bad tendonitis and gained some back after resting for months. Shoulder was better then I injured my back,. Messing around something popped between my shoulder blades on the spine. Took me out a long time. Back was feeling good enough that I started working…

Was never in denial. Early on I just didn't care as it never seemed to hurt me in anyway. It's later in life when I realized how dumb I was for not getting in shape back then. My family of course will never say I'm fat, at my fattest years ago they wondered why I wanted to lose weight because " I'm so skinny" 5'8. 240 is…

Yup, imooking to lose 50 pounds. Aiming for 155-160 then will decide where to go from there. I'm sure it will be a tough journey with a few setbacks but so far I'm enjoying it.
-
Well Tony was 45 when they recorded p90x so yup lol.
-
I use p90x and have a power block elite 5-70 pound weight set, pull-up bar, push up bars, some resistance bands. Have the treadmill as well.
-
5'8 here. Currently 208 looking to get to 160 and see where I need to go from there.

Not gastric bypass but my mom had the duodenal switch surgery. Lost a truckload of weight and has nothing but good things to say about it. My cousin had it done as well, seems to be working good for her as well. Really the only negative is the horrible ,god aweful farts. Can clear a building .

I started having a cup of coffee pre workout. Really helped me power through my workout more. Usually have a protein shake and higher protein meal right after. Works for me, don't feel like I'm dragging through the day. Also get a good sleep in.

If your in decent shape p90x. Alot of pull ups and pushups. Need a pull-up bar, weights or bands at min. Push up bars and actual weights I recommend, hate bands personally. It's tough, I do as many normal pullups I can then finish with assisted ones. Same with pushups, as many as I can then finish on my knees if need be.

Don't ride the bmx bikes anymore. Was more of a skate boarder then as well. Love mountain biking though and plan on doing some races when I get to my goal weight. One of the main reasons I'm trying to lose.
-
You don't need to go all out at the start. Do what you can. Mod moves, do part of it or just go as long as you can. Each week will get better. No doubt go a little easier at the start though. I'm not doing T25 but I know the first time of plyo on p90x my legs were done for days. The next week no issue though.

For me I drop like 5-10 fast then after that it stalls for a little before it starts moving again.
-
P90x for me, probably try body beast after I hit my goal weight.
-
I'm doing p90x So I have a pull up bar, power block elite that goes to 70lbs, some bands, pushup bars etc... Also have the treadmill and some weight machine that doesn't get used much. Simple for now, probably do 2 rounds of p90x then get a bench and more weights.
-
I'm doing p90x, so it's mostly weights, push-ups and pullups with 2 days for cardio.
