Hear you man, my anxiety is pretty bad and I have been dealing with some health issues that pretty much ruined my life until things get figured out. Been the lowest yr and a half of my life and my friendships are taking a hit since I really can't go out and do fun things right now. Idk, just trying to work on myself and…

Measure your waist. I have had points where weight loss wasnt moving down quick but the waist was still dropping inches. Also pictures to see the progress helps alot.

My mountain bike is in my workout area. Helps me remember if I don't bust my *kitten* working out it's going to kick my *kitten* in the woods :)
-
Yeah it is a guess that I doubt works often. Take pictures every month and even if your dropping slow on the scale you might be losing inches and building muscle.

Me, I injured my back and shoulder years ago and when they flare up I get pretty down and lose focus on working out and my diet. Lost a good chunk of weight last year and was laid up for awhile from the shoulder and back and gained a good amount back :( Back at it now and hoping I won't have to say that again lol.

Was heavy into working out until the end of June when my back and shoulder injuries flared back up. Knocked it out of me and I get lazy as hell and a little depressed. Started logging again but man that scale and measuring tape was a huge kick in the sack lol. Oh well, I'm confident I'll get back to where I left off…

Think it's dumb having to do it for fighting sports, esp since on fight night they weigh alot more then weigh in day.

I do p90x, works good I'm but can be pretty hard, took about 2 months before I could do the workouts without assistance.

I had 3 months of solid work and had to take the last 2 weeks off due to bad shoulder/neck pain (think I have a pinched nerve). Been having a heck of a time getting back into it. Haven't gained anything back so not too worried but my mindset is out of the game right now. I know if I force myself through a week of logging…

P90x

I use c4 or coffee. C4 only on lifting days though.

I let loose a little this past two weeks. Health issues took me away from working out very much and my smoker was begging for me to use it lol. Little break was fine, didn't gain anything and I jumped back in today feeling more motivated to get this done.

I have a bad back and some other health issues that cause enough discomfort for me to skip work outs. Been dealing with both the last 3 weeks but so far a little better this week. Sucks but I just do what I can when I can.

Asic and socouny is what I usually buy. Last two were socouny and I went with Asics this time. Feel the same to me

26 here, trying to stay motivated and knock this 50 pounds off.

Bust out the weights my friend, will be glad you did.

Hmm odd that it was on the first page when I logged in. Hope they figured it out by now lol

Love lifting days, don't mind cardio days, hate leg day and can't stand yoga day at all. I can force myself through the ones I hate, just an hr.
-
On lifting days c4 or coffee and post workout I make a protein shake. Usually a scoop of optimum nutrition gold standard whey, cup of plain nf Greek yogurt, banana, ice and water. Obviously I'm drinking water like crazy before, during and after the workout.

Been at it a little over two months and can notice a difference in the mirror now. Arms more muscler, stomach flatter, running out of spots on my belt to tighten, chubby cheeks going etc... Plus I have people commenting on it now :) I dropped over 3" from my waist since starting so you should notice something in a few…

I'm losing slow on the scale but losing inches in the right places and showing muscles I didn't see a few months ago. So meh, as long as the waist keeps dropping inches ,my strength increases and muscle keep showing better I'm happy.

Two weeks is Nothing, need to give yourself time to lose weight. If you haven't seen any improvement in the next two months then it might be time to look at making changes to your diet or routine. Good luck

Years ago I worked hard and got down to within 20 pounds of my goal and was losing like crazy. Went too heavy on weights one day during flys and heard a nice crack and pop. Didn't tear my rotator cuff according to the MRI but the popping and grinding and pain was so bad I couldnt do much with that arm for months and had…

I'm 26, nearing the 25 pound lost mark and want to lose 50 more.
-
Get use to it as your weight will go up and down a few pounds day to day. Just the way it is
-
Besides c4 or coffee I don't eat before working out, I do it first thing in the morning and can't eat for at least an HR after I wake up. Post workout I have a high protein breakfast. Works for me
-
Usually start anywhere from 10 -11:30 am, depends on when I wake up and how I'm feeling
-
I'm losing weight slow but the inches are coming off where I want them and more muscle is starting to show. Plus my strength is increasing fast. Need to grab the 90lbs expansion for my power blocks soon.
-
Might just be me but I feel like I have more energy when I have a cup of coffee vs when I take c4. Coffee tastes better as well. I work out when I wake up. Did alot of workouts without anything but water before and I can say preworkout or coffee makes me feels world better and less cranky. Just my experience My sister…
