  • In this period im averaging at about 66.5Kg 147Ibs .. at 2100Cal daily plus 3500Cal cheat day at average lol Im gaining weight .. slowly but i am , not ideal i thought my metabolism would be stronger

  • Ok it wasnt by accident the app have some problem , im 23 btw .. my calculationas are based on online calculators , the margin of error could not result this much variation .. im concerend that i damaged my metabolism

  • Update 13th of sep .. i feel like im gaining weight while eating at maintenance , it may be caused by water retention but my waist is upto 80cm from 78cm ! Is it normal ? Any ideas ?
  • Ok after 12 days i started feeling like im gaining weight .. 1kg = 2lbs , is thats normal ? Or im i possibly over eating ! Which is highly unlikly * ok other than one day where i binged *

  • I would love to do that , honestly i would .. but my apetite is big and if i did that i will be back to where i started just with a bit more of a muscle foundation
  • A quick calculation on what u recommand it will be around 1850Cal .. i used to cut as low as 1500Cal .. keep in mind im only 5'6 *a bit of a large frame tho* Thats why i said i went back to 180C .. approx 1900 to 2100Cal
  • As you cant build up muscles in a sudden you cant get fat suddenly .. now i dont have an answer to your case but according to what u r saying why would u do any cardio ? If u r struggling to make gains and u lose size when u stop working out
  • Probably i could have .. but going low on carb for that long wouldnt workout for me , i looked weak and tired .. as soon as i went back to +180C everything went better except the "weight loss"
  • I dont have much experince but i found carb to have the most impact on my mood , energy and gym performance .. most of the online calculators advice between 110P n 140P *for my stats* .. im at least hitting the max of that daily
  • TBH im not really 100% accuratly hitting my macros everyday .. its quite normal for me to eat 120P in a day and next day 180P .. its just in the range of 140P .. and this is just to start as im being cautions honestly i think i will still be losing weight with these macros .. just dosent want to go up to around 2500Cal…
  • Yes i am .. actually i dont do any cardio just cause i dont like it During my cut approx P120 , C200, F37 From yestarday i started going for 140P , C300 , F45 .. approx
