I use Basmati and Jasmine rice if I want white rice, and I also eat a lot of brown rice. Basmati and Jasmin are very flavorful (way better than standard white rice). All 3 are the best for you.

That is ridiculous! I could never live on one meal a day. I eat 6 small meals a day and lost tons of weight. Your body needs fuel just like a car. When it starts to run low on gas you need to fill it up. Not overflow the tank but enough to get it to the next stop. If you don't it will just run on fumes which we all know is…

I drink 6 litres of water each day. My sodium intake is higher to keep me from flushing out. I think it depends on your diet/excercise program.

Hi, Lindsey! I can completely understand your situation. At my heaviest, I was 285 lbs. Over the course of 5 years, I have lost over 100 lbs and kept it off. I now am an avid bodybuilder I workout 6X per week with weights and cardio combined. The ONLY way to do this, in my opinion, is to decide you want to make this change…

Cool idea! 36 years old 5'10 HW: 285lbs in 2012 CW: 180lbs GW: 155lbs My weight fluctuates depending on if I'm bulking or leaning out. Right now I'm coming off a bulk and leaning out for summer. I workout 6X per week (usually twice a day) and have a strict clean diet (macros)

White rum and diet coke/pepsi....in my research it's the lowest calorie drink and lowest sugar drink I could find that I liked. But of course none is the correct answer :wink:

I only weigh myself once a week in the morning on an empty stomach. I still weigh myself when I have my period but I make allowances for 1-3 lbs of water weight during that time.
