When I was nursing, my daughter was dairy and soy intolerant. I frequently had coconut yogurt with a pea protein powder mixed in, makes for a quick breakfast.

A couple things that helped me when I quit was chewing on straws and eating ice. Something about that kept my mouth busy and helped the cravings. I did gain some weight when I quit but that is nothing compared to the damage that smoking does to the body.

Protein powder in my coffee with some half and half or heavy whipping cream. The protein and fat keep me going all morning. It’s cold here and I must have something hot.

A backhanded comment on my weight was my sister, who has always been smaller than me, said "I've gained so much weight I'm almost your size now!." She is still gaining and now I'm losing. I've been getting the clothes she's purging because she can't fit in them now. Karma..

I'm not a morning person at all. Last year I was working out in the evenings around 8 but now I go on my lunch hour. I enjoyed the late evening gym since it had already cleared out.

lemon/or citrus, balsamic vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, fresh ground pepper tastes better than store bought ground in my opinion.

I'm planning on running w6d3 today and it just seems like an insurmountable task! W5d3 was a complete disaster... just struggling with the mental blocks telling me I can't run for 22 min without stopping!

I have the same problem, had to wear 2 sports bras to reduce the bouncing. I bought a shefit bra and love it! Its a bit restricting but NO BOUNCE, and its affordable.
