Kind of it was about 2 weeks after when I started gaining instead of losing. I'm sure that some of it was water but not 5.7 lbs I wasn't under eating on purpose. I was Either too tired from the running or full from all of the fat you consume on Keto

I have a similar problem I am 5'9 163.4 lbs and I have an Apple Watch that monitors my move rate and exercise. I eat under 1300 calories a day and drink tons of water and I've been at a standstill for 3 weeks now? I don't know what to do!
