I'm starting to watch my crap intake but I decided to take out sugar for this month...which does not include alcohol lol

So I'm 3days in and not doing great! Been over my calorie limit twice and worked out so hard the other day I've Been sore for ages!
Getting back on it today or else ill never lose these lbs!2 -

I've almost completely cut out alcohol. I'm at around 1200 calories a day when I'm not bike riding and 1650 when I am doing my 14 milers. Let's do this!2 -

@kathykrupa297 limiting my alcohol intake to once a week at most! It's tough in the summer with all the social engagements but that's my rule.0

I'm joining you a little late... started June at 146 now 144.5. I'm going to be 138 by 1st July ( positive language for positive results...LOL)
Trying not to drink alcohol, but finding it difficult, I have upped my exercise and trying to eat only in 8 hour window.
