I really hope that going to the gym won't make me too hungry later but it usually is a good motivator for me so im gonna try it out and shoot for burning a good 250 cals at least

Most the time its after i am at work and i usually won't eat a lot before cuz i take my lunch much earlier in the day and i try to rush to the gym

The other day I ate a few hours before and i definitley found myself hungry afterwards and the drive home was hard to get thru without stopping and getting fast food. But i made it home and then binged a lot. So ill try to bring snacks next time 😊

Oooooo the cappuccino sounds good....i treat myself to iced sugar free white chocolate mocha Americano no cream to be healthier now occasionally if i feel i deserve it or im gonna work out hard :) And yeah the creamer is hard to avoid haha xD somehow i seem to easilly meet my caloric deficit tho xD hahah

Yeah...i have been working really hard...so total i usually spend 6 hours a week in the gym...and thought the scale should show it but that totally makes sense..ill do some research on that thank you
