Hi there I was 265 at my heaviest in 2019 and I got down to 218 then to go back up to now 250 , I feel like I am not in control whatsoever anymore Z
Has anyone had issues with social distancing when they go out for a jog ? Iβm worried people will not stay 6 feet away.

I wanna be able to get past this plateau...i lost about 30 lbs pretty quickly and now im struggling most days to lose more weight and mt weight stays the same because i do eat better for the most part but then i will binge at nighttime. πͺπͺπͺπͺ
Anyone have some tips for this problem ? I actually lost more weight after not doing the gym for a month cuz I used to binge eat after a workout so i ended up staying the same weight...until i stopped goin to the gym and stopped bing eating as much.
I used to LOVE getting a 20 oz iced khalua and cream with 3 shots everyday before work...little did I know it was a huge factor in my weight gain for a year. Now I mostly drink kuerig coffee with some caramel machiato creamer making it around 100 calories. I feel as tho i can't live without it on a daily basis ππππ Itsβ¦
I love to workout now... I am 22 and I love to use the treadmill for a hakf hour to hour 4 or 6 times a week for 3 weeks now ....I used to have an eatinf problem wherr i would overeat at night but working out at the gym has helped. Anyways...my body is looking a lot better but I'm curious why I am gaining muscle so fast...β¦
