Honestly, I just do a little bit of everything when I’m here because I do not have a specific plan. I lift some weights, practice the monkey bars, use the treadmill, the leg press, etc. Do you have a plan you’d recommend I try?

So I had to start C25K Week 3 and intervals again today after vacation screwed me up. My right leg is still having issues but it did seem to improve a bit by the end. In Orlando for vacation/anniversary weekend. The gym was closed so I just ran around the complex instead. It was nice to have a cooler night for running but it was late so I only did a short run. While normally true, my six year old is in school and my other child is only 9 months and doesn’t walk yet and we typically nap together in the middle of the day.

Tonight was my personal best. Farthest distance I’ve run and my best pace yet. Lots of info, I tried to get everything that factored into a run. Still new to running as I’m only 7 weeks into C25K but I’ve found a love for it. Started running three days a week in January, started running daily towards the end of February. Running is becoming me. I ran 33 miles in February. My goal is to double that and meet this NRC goal of 62 miles.
