Great thanks so much for all the info. I do eat meat for protein, bacon, steak and hamburger, and I occasionally have a whey protein shake before I go and do my aqua exercises each day. Your input made great sense and had reasoning behind it. Thanks

I had the same problem, I started taking a magnesium, zync and potassium supplement and I also take a power zero( does not have that salty taste), and drink a little before my workout and during. No cramps since.

I started Atkins induction 3 weeks ago , first two weeks were actual carbs not net carbs , week 3 and 4 are net carbs then I will add carbs from there as long as I stay in Ketosis. I agree Devils Fan1 , the exercise is the extra to help the process along the way, you have to watch what you eat, I never add back in my exercise calories.

Just have to update that I purchased the Polar A360 and love it. I love being able to track my heart rate while I work out and the display is so nice, and after wards I sync it with my phone and can look right away and see what my heart rate was and how long it was in each zone. I just bought a new Polaris a 360 and used it for water aerobics, and it stated after 1.35 hours, that I burned 393 kcals and 57 min at the 60 % range and 25 min at the 70% range. So I basically burned 393 calories during that time. I am new to this, so If I get my heart rate up it should burn more.
