What counts net carbs or just carbs ? I dont wanna mees up my diet .

    Mfp shows total carbs. You can show a fibre list on your diary, and take fibre from the total to work it out, or use one if the many net carb entries in the database if that's what you want to do.

    I enter in net carbs for what I eat in the note pad so I can figure it there and have a record to review each day
