I agree with you! This is a way of life! Taking ketones and eating carbs is giving your body fuel so it has no need to break down fat!

I have heard they can keep the body guessing and have read it can be helpful to go low one day and high another to get out of a stall.

I am super depressed since started thyroid and diabetes meds a few days ago. I was doing so great on keto, fibro pain was lower... these meds are kicking my butt. Caved and had a sugar free pudding tonight and ended up with 29 total carbs for the day. :(

So I only tend to drink a few times a year but my Doctor says my good cholesterol is low, and my bad is in normal range. I need to up my good cholesterol and WINE can do that (and is only about 4 carbs. Sooo...... I think I might try adding a bit of wine to my life! Oh My Goodness I did the same thing on the 23rd. I got the Arctic Zero because of the carb count, tried the Chocolate Peanut Butter. It was soooo bad. I ate half a serving (1/4 cup) in hopes it would "get better" but it never did. It was sooooo bad!

FUNNY - So I have lost about 15 lbs in the last 24 days. I was shopping today and my undies and pants kept scootching down. Then somehow, my undies were below my butt. No way I was going to reach in and fix them..... so..... maybe I lost some inches on my hips or butt? Perhaps I can find some old pants that will fit again!

I love this porkchop with porkrinds on it. Thrilled though with calliflower mash and canned gravy. Only 3 total carbs in the gravy. Why have I not tried this before? On Only thing it is missing is green beans! Ran out :( will get a lot tomorrow though!

Total carbs: 36 Net: 30 Cal:1136 I think this is the worst I have done in 16 days! Got stressed I've daughter having surgery tomorrow. It should go ok. Still...
