I make a bucket list every year on my birthday and every year I add on one more thing. So this year I will have 34 things to do. The big item this year will be visiting Scotland with a hopeful trip to London and Ireland as well, but that will have to make sense at the time.

Detour Coffee is a local roaster and coffee shop and it is the best coffee I’ve ever had, outside of this Ethiopian restaurant I visited in BC several years ago. I enjoy it their shop but more at home. French press, 6 minutes, 2 tsp of monk fruit sweetener, 1T of cream. Sometimes I’ll make it a latte.

Ask yourself, why does it matter? Why is that you want to know? For me personally, I don't out too much stock into what people think of me, because for the most part it doesn’t affect me. I have to live with myself for as long as I’m blessed to be here, so my opinion is #1. My close family and friends follow right behind.…
