Hey there it’s my first 10 minutes of using fitness pal. I suffer from PCOS . I wanted to know if anyone who has it knows the best approach? Diet plans or exercises? Thank you

Losing weight reversed all of my pcos symptoms. What helped me most was limiting added sugars and refined carbohydrates. Second to that is intermittent fasting. 16:8 daily and 36 hours once a week.2

I second CoffeeandContour with the lower carb approach. I didn't do the fasting, but I hear that it helps some people.0
