I am currently doing intermittent fasting along with 10 minutes of HIIT a day. I must say the feeling if being healthier came way before the physical improvement. It's always about 9 hrs between eating and sleep, but I get sick only about 4 hours after

I'm 265 would like to lose 100 pounds. Currently eating about 1600 calories which has not been a problem until I started staying up a little later.

You are absolutely right, I have about 3 1/2 hrs a day to change my life. I need to use them wisely. 30 min a day would be the perfect 1st step.
