okey. I mostly do all my walking in the day/worktime and most of my eating in the evening. How can i control this if MFP just assume that I walk the same amount of steps the whole day? And the timezones looks correct

also, what is the logic behind this? (My "activety level" is Sedentary) 6137 steps = -64kcal 6047 steps = 172 kcal 4551 steps = 215 kcal somtimes I eat too little, and the next dey the steps-kcal have totaly changed and then it looks like i did eat to much... ???

I do it in the morning, after a toilet visit (if needed) I think that is the best time.

I have a Omron BF511 i use, it is a ok tool to use, but not that precise. I use "Weight logger" to log https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.kochka.android.weightlogger This is my stats for now, idk how good or bad it is: for macros, I eat a lot of protein (what I need++), medium fat, low carb

hmm, i se the value in negative in the website: but not in the app? Well, I don't want to do that, i just want to be 2-400kcal under to loose as little muscles as possible

I like real food also, so I want to use the most of my kcal limit to eat real food. So If i want any "snacs" like this kcal free will ble good. By the way, the website also says "0 kcal per 100g"

But if it's clear you are drinking to mutch

but why? Why not just reach the goal weight and then go over to maintenance level until the wedding (and after)?
-
hmm. no options like this here. only exercise minutes and exercise kcal
-
How do you know? but it may be correct, but how long is a typical 3-400 kcal session for you? - 70kg male

Oh. You can check my profile here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/flemmingss (the password is "password") My goal is set maintenance. My real goal is to reduce the fat% by 2-4%. I prefer to have MFP set to maintenance and just eat a little less then it says. btw: My profile don't really reflects my goal yet, most…

No change in goal after 7k+ steps ether (the change in goal is due to me changing activity level to "Sedentary" Maybe "Sedentary" + steps + exercise is a good way to go? Also, pacer:

Looks like mine MFP add the step calories even if i just have 192 steps until now? And I have setting "Lightly active".. I must be over-eating?
-

But a also have days when I sit at the computer and almost dont move. Saturday to Sunday: most of the time inactive (but a workout) I don't understand the whole…

I changed the Lightly Active to Sedentary, the Daily Summary changed but not the excercise number Before: After: This was before AND after: using this to sync my galaxy s7 edge with MFP: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cc.pacer.androidapp My goal is to have A few hundred…
