I agree... do things that are safe and sane.. don't hurt yourself.. watch your diet 150%... DO NOT CHEAT AT ALL... you can do it for 10 weeks... after that you can diet 5 days on and 2 days off... Also... Do cardio if you cant lift... take classes at your gym and then work legs and abs...

After you get comfortable in a relationship and settle into a routine.. it can be hard to focus on fitness... Late night snacks after making love.. or cuddling and eating something yummy.. or a night out with some good IPA's.. all take a toll

I think I would have made a loud remark about feeling bad for themselves... Loud enough for them to hear.. and then stood there like a nothing... I hate when people feel like they are being oppressed because they aren't getting their way.

I think so.. Its nasty to see untrimmed bushy arm pit hair... Also dudes with hair tend to have BO... I use a beard shaver and trim mine...
