It's not expensive and it does have regular foods at least for most people, I'm just a very picky eater. I don't like beans or fish or weird gamey meats. I don't like weird grains like quinoa either.

Also in the 100 lb to go club. Lost 30 a few years ago counting calories then put it back on after I hit a plateau.

I'm with you on the everything tastes bad boat. I'm a picky eater trying to find healthy food that don't make me have a different kind of eating disorder.

I'm also doing this with my husband. It's a struggle getting him to move around. We're trying to start with low impact stretching and beginning yoga, but he's getting frustrated because he can't do a lot of the poses. Ice cream is definitely not on my diet. Good luck to you!

I'm doing 1300 which is what my dr advised me to do. I have a list of foods to eat and have to have so many servings from specific groups. I'm having trouble eating that little. I did 1400 today. The hardest part is not being able to use more than 3 tbsp of olive oil a day.
