I usually go for 1/2 an avocado w/ 1TBS of fresh salsa, 2 slices of turkey bacon, 1 farm egg, & 8 ounces of coldpressed greens, and 12oz of Hot Tumeric/ Ginger tea. Sugars are VERY low, high in protein, and healthy fats. And it's a great way to get your MUFAs in. Tbh... I RARELY get hungry before lunch.
