I’m making an assumption you’re looking for workout ideas. I agree with others saying to find you enjoy and start there. I like TRX classes a lot and think I get a good workout from them. I also enjoy bike riding and hiking — I try to find hikes with pretty good elevation change (I’m in Colorado)

Here! I had my own horse as a teen but now either ride my sister in laws or friends horses. The one in the picture is a friends horse I rode while she was out of town

Another serial starter here! Here is my cycle: I start, feel awesome, eat better, workout, start dropping weight. Hit about 10 pounds lost and decide I can start paying less attention....then I’m back to eating way past my hunger and I put it all back on. I know this is my pattern and I want to stop

I don’t think regular walking is going to burn much. That’s part of your day to day and I wouldn’t count on that to get more calories during the day. And regular walking to me is to/from the bathroom, in the kitchen cooking dinner, walking into work, etc.

Daily. I jump on the scale each morning but don’t record my weight daily but instead put it in MFP about twice per week (Wednesday & Sunday most of the time)

I’m on the 3rd floor at my office & I take the stairs 90% of the time now. I also have a standing desk I use a couple times a day and have started taking a short walk around my floor every hour or so. I park in the far lot unless the weather is crappy — little things that are adding up

First I do recommend getting good, farm fresh eggs- personally I think they taste much better! And second, I scramble mine and add in fresh tomato with salt....it makes my mouth water just typing it out

I’m not 100% who she is seeing but she found a weight loss clinic and works with a doctor on their staff. She is on a keto diet and get B-12 shots- good news she did lose around 50 pounds so far
