When I first started out it was every few weeks as I didn't have a scale of my own, once I got a scale I weighed every Monday morning , now that I am in maintenance and still figuring out maintenance calories I weigh every morning and track my weight in a app called Libra.

I have a cheap one from Walmart and it has a non stick surface but the bottom stick sticks abit. I usually use spinach and put zesty Italian dressing on it, can eat a ridiculous amount of spinach and it's super low cal and the dressing tastes great and is 5 Cal per 15ml gotta get the fat free or light whatever it is haha .Also baby carrots I find work for me 85 grams is only 35 Cal and it's a fair amount. I usually eat tuna out of the can for a change rather then a protein shake. But if im making a tuna sandwich I always use mustard , if your counting calories and being picky best thing you can do is learn to love mustard. .
