I used to do it everyday, but not now. Why? I don't need a scale to tell me I'm fat. My clothes do a much better job of it. Now I try on particular pair of pants. Think of them as my "goal" pants. When I can fit into them, then I'll know I'm where I need to be.

I'm still working on a start. I haven't hit a stall yet. My metabolism is giving me the middle finger. I'm trying a 2K calorie a day deficit to see how my body responds.

I'm actually not hungry. I'm just eating to make sure I have something during the day. Even when I have cravings for junk food, I'm not hungry. I just want something sweet to taste. Feels like trying to kick a drug habit.

On day one. It's about this time of the day I jump in my car and go to the store to pick up around 3K calories of cookies. Brutal.
