  • I carry the majority of my weight in my thighs/butt. However the first place I notice weight loss is in my waist area/stomach/haunches[like cats, that spot just above the butt haha]. I guess "first on, last off" is pretty true for me.

  • Grats on the first five! I'm gonna echo the others saying skip the tea you picked. Instead you can go with green tea 30-45 minutes after every meal [Caffeine free for the last one ~] And you'll have a nice little extra burn without the harmful effects of laxative teas. Keep going, you got this!

  • If you're losing inches, that's what really matters. There's also a phenomenon where your fat cells that are emptying fill temporarily with water and then all the sudden a pound will drop off overnight, looks like this happened to the poster above me.
  • My mini goal right now is 3 mini goals, lose 30lbs before the start of my last semester of nursing school. So 10lb a month. It'll be a total of 60lbs down, but I'll still need to lose another 10-20lb.

  • Tracking your usual eating for a couple days is a good place to start. It really shows you where you're going wrong. Take BEFORE pictures! Take measurements!
