  • @MomToMurphy ; I have the same problem with breakfast. No matter what i eat in the morning, I always am more hungry than when I don't have breakfast. I have no idea why this is so. So I don't do breakfast anymore (I guess it's some form of intermittent fasting).

  • Logged everything for 50 days in a row. Nothing much, but I am happy with it. Also pants are more loose :).
  • There are days that I am over my calorie goal but I still log everything. And it's less than once a week. I try to earn calories by exercising more, and most of the time this works out great (but I am a beginner ;) ).
  • This is such an inspirational post. Thanks to all the beautiful women who posted their pictures. I am at the beginning of my journey. Starting weight was 287, and now I am 275. Still some work and it doesn't really show yet on my body. But I already feel the difference!
