According to the metrics at the bottom of your daily diary. The intake of carbs everyday is double what it's telling me to do in protein. The explaination I got was with (Fat/Protein/Carbs) the carbs are burned off first then the fat, so if you're low on carbs then your body gets to burning the fat much quicker.

So there's no definite, to lose weight you should be do X amount of A to X amount of B?

Don't eat back your work outs. I'm noticing a much faster loss since I got that piece of advice.
