  • Thanks for this post OP. Sent you a friend request. I'm about 5'7" and 143 lbs so we are around the same point goal wise and I feel like we have a pretty similar outlook on things. From the looks of it there are a lot of others you struck a cord with as well. =)
  • Very interesting article. I have been teetering back an forth between Vegan and Vegetarian, with very light lacto-ovo, for years and have been dating the idea of adding fish back in as I am too lazy to hunt down all the Omega 3s and Vitamin D.
