My favorite is marinated in a little olive oil with Italian seasoning and fresh lime juice, then sauteed or grilled.

I make these amazing "meatballs" that even carnivores like and have tricked people into thinking they're meat. Walnut based with eggs, onion, shredded cheese, italian bread crumbs and spices. We call them ballnuts, lol.

Egg whites (with one whole egg) scrambled with spinach, a little shredded cheese and some dill, sea salt and pepper straight from my pet hens!

Will you count me in on 8/9? I'm a little worried about the weekend of the 19th because we will be camping for the eclipse...but I want to at least keep my low carb beer to the weekends now.

Lacto-ovo pescatarian for 6.5 years. Brown rice with avocado, corn, black olives, black beans. Zoodles with red sauce or peanut sauce! Cucumber noodles with rice vinegar and sweet chili sauce. Soup.
