  • These are sooooo good! I am very greatful. I too was a binge eater with several triggers. This proper nutrition and relearning how to eat is really hard. But we got this. One small nibble at a time.
  • I am trying to eat back my finess calories because i was wayyyyy too low on daily calorie intake. Can't do larger meals bc it made me really sick and my stomach hurt bad. Small snacks seem easier to incorporate between meals. Helps me not feel "so deprived."

  • I have had to relearn how to properly eat and digest food. For years blindly hoovering with no regard eating was a hard habit to break.

  • Ive been upping my calorie intake a lot to cure really overdoing it. That's why i was curious.
  • Mine was way off sometimes my net was under up to 10,000 calories/wk. And my net avg was dipping to -1000+ from not eating my exercise calories and staying really active. (Living at the beach helps)

  • So you know how you can click on nutrition tab and get you net average for the week. It'll say over or under for the weekly average. Im curious what that number should be. The average of all daily net calorie amounts. i thought i saw on another post someone say it should be zero but mine is 1200-1600 range every week. Just…
  • 1-2 hours exercise plus daily housework etc.
  • When i set it to lose 2 lbs it gave me 1260/day. At 1 lb it gave me 1510/day. I'll try 1 lb just to perk me up for a week and see what happens.
  • I have alarms set to space meals out. But thank goodness i posted this because I'm obviously going to have to tweak and up my calories. I am on 40protein 30carbs 30fat. Since it seemed very easy to hit for the moment. Fat i usually am only half most days tho
  • I do a 30 min brisk walk in morning, then i get a huge workout cooking a cleaning all day, i do a 30 min cardio after walk or in evening too. So at least 1 full hour/day. That's another question i had, do u skip days to recover? I havent been
  • The online calculator to check your bmi and suggested daily calories. It said i needed 1400 if i do absolutely nothing. Just to exist. So 1260 seemed extreme.
