I've always heard that eating to few calories can be bad just as eating to many calories. Ones body might think your trying to starve it so it will start storing fat. I'm no nutritionist but it makes since.

My back fat! Can't ever seem to get rid of it. Really thinking about lipo! And my belly.. 4 c-sections have took a toll on it for sure. Totally down to get a tummy tuck. And once I graduate from RN school I will as a preasent to myself.

I have done mfp twice b4 and have lost 60lbs counting calories. So I know that it can be done. My biggest set backs are pregnancies. Lol. I have 4 children. But here I am Ready to start again.

Been back on mfp for 7 days now. Don't know how much I weigh or if I've lost any. Can't afford scales. Lol. Maybe in a couple weeks though. Last time I weighed which was a month ago I was 197lbs.

Living in a camper right now so can't cook healthy meals.. And motivation to keep walking everyday.. Anyone got good ideas for meals in the microwave?

The last time I did MFP I lost 60lbs and I drank diet Dr. Pepper the whole time. So I don't believe that diet soda will make you gain weight. Im on my journey again to lose weight since I had my last two kids. And I still drink diet soda..
