Hi everyone! I haven't checked in for a day or two because I have a terrible cold. As a result, I haven't felt much like exercising, so I'm taking it easy and focusing on water intake and proper nutrition. Keep up the great work Stay-Fitters!

I'm down 20.2 pounds as of this morning! Of course I'm thrilled about that, but even more importantly, I can't get over how much better I feel physically and mentally. Keep posting everyone. Your comments are so motivating. We can do this!

Good week so far. Getting at least 40 minutes of treadmill time each day. Need to focus on improving my water intake, but I'm controlling the "teacher" stress pretty well. Love this group!

Please add me too. Motivation is key, and it's especially helpful coming from people who can relate. I've done well this summer, but now that school has begun (I'm a teacher), the stress is returning. So yes, let's help each other!
