I couldn't agree more!!! I get Nerve Block Injections weekly (at the pain clinic) for my back and the Dr gave me the go ahead to use the exercise bike only, and even that makes my feet go numb but I push through... Most of the suggestions on here I know would make me worse than better .....please becareful

Ohhh you are so right @ we tend to stress too much when losing weight.. I feel like sometimes it just consumes my brain from when I wake up until I go to bed :| thank you so much for sharing your story!!!

I've lost all my weight by just diet alone...so far from 220lbs to 173lbs so it definitely is possible!!! I have MS, while I'm not in a wheelchair there are days where I do struggle ...good luck to you...you got this!!! :)

I've just now started to buy clothes that are smaller....even though the tags say they're smaller and the scale says I am....our minds sure do have a F'd up way with screwing our perception of ourselves

Congrats on the weight loss!!!! I know exactly how you're feeling...I'm 13lbs away from my goal weight after losing 47lbs so far and I look in the mirror and think there is no way...I think I need to change it to 150...When I was 220 lbs, 160 seemed so far away...now its within reach and I still think I look so fat :|

I'm a little taller than you (5'9) but when I started my journey Nov 5, I was 220lbs...I've lost 46 lbs so far....believe it or not I've only had a handful of people notice ....maybe others have and just dont want to say anything??? I personally notice it in places like my face and my back...but id much rather have it gone…
