Agreed. I do arms/upper body 3 days a week with a day in between each, and leg days tues/thurs with Sunday as a rest day. Your body needs to recover to get stronger, but lift like a motha on exercise days.

im in the same boat that I want 10 more. I was 165 in 2014. I'm 185 in 2017, and want 10 more. It's possible, just set your goal weight on MFP and eat accordingly, heavy on protein and do strength training like a motherfacka :persevere:

I listen to my body and am not hungry until 10am or so. Coconut oil in my coffee and scrambled eggs mixed with peanut butter is a good breakfast for weight gaining combined with a lifting program I'm on.
