I’ve become a beachbody geek. I’m doing 80 day obsession. 21 day Fix is good and the eating plan is pretty easy and straight forward. I have to workout in the morning before work or I’m toast for working out later. I’ve got a little routine and like it a lot. Good luck!

I tracked Tuesday and Wednesday. Worked out Mon-Wed. Hit water on Tuesday and on track today. Posted today...points... Monday (1); Tuesday (3); Wednesday (4)! Woot!

I've been doing protein shake in the morning after workout; celery/peanut butter for morning snack; salad with chicken for lunch; veggie/apple for afternoon snack and dinner is usually protein and vegetable like salmon or pork chop. Not deviating from the plan is the tough part!!!

I know the feeling. I was down 0.8 from Wednesday before the holiday to Tuesday. I about died. I attempted to be good at what I was eating and even got 2 runs in but didn't expect a loss. Get it girl!
