I am new, but I am pretty sure I can meet this challenge. My workout schedule has me working out for 10 hours per week. :) How do we keep track? Daily or weekly check-ins?

If I figure my BMI and that's based off weight and height (I am not growing anymore at over 40.) then, if I am not losing weight my doctor isn't going to give a hoot.
