    6/2- 30 minutes stairclimber + 37 elliptical + 7 minute plank workout=74 minutes

    Wow! This is a commitment but I will give it a shot at least. I am headed home from the beach and need to get back into my routine. Since I will be starting on the 4th, let's shoot for 22 hrs.

    Going to back out on this one. Just got a pretty bad hernia last week. Will still eat healthy in the mean time though and see what the doctor says about exercise.

    Yesterday was my first day back to the gym because I took last week off. So proud of the hard work I put in last night.
